As you know, the Governor of Nevada had recently closed all non-essential businesses for the next 30 days in Las Vegas. However, as we are considered an essential business, we were still able to support you and your HVAC & Plumbing needs in Las Vegas!
Now, we understand that even as everything is beginning to reopen and get back to a relative normal, it does not mean the threat of COVID-19 isn’t still very real.
We have reviewed the mandates and suggestions issued by the State of Nevada in order to develop compliant and safe protocols specific to our operations.
So we just wanted to share with you a few of the ways we are taking precautions against COVID-19 and becoming the safest plumbing and HVAC service in North Las Vegas:

Upon calling to request an appointment with Rakeman Air or Rakeman Plumbing, our wonderful customer service representatives will screen each customer, i.e. Are you feeling well, Do you have a cough or a fever, do you or anyone you know have COVID-19?
Another safety measure we’ve taken to ensure the safety of our awesome customers as well as our technicians, will be wearing face masks during all service calls and system replacements. They will also be wearing latex gloves at all times to ensure yours, as well as their own, safety.
We screen our technicians’ health every day before they start heading out to their calls, to ensure they have no signs of being sick and do not have a fever.
If our technicians are feeling sick, have a cough or runny nose, they are asked to stay at home until they feel better.
