Jim came over today and I just wanted to say thank you. He was super efficient, organized, professional and friendly. He reviewed everything with me at the beginning and at the end of the job and kept me posted throughout the day as he proceeded from one task to another. And, as you know, there were many tasks. He uncovered some problems that could have become serious and answered all my questions. It points out how important it is to have a relationship over time with Rakeman and someone on your staff who is familiar with our house. I would be very pleased if Jim would be available to return next year (and in the interim if necessary) to ensure that all the plumbing in our house is operating properly and maintained/replaced/repaired as necessary.

My name is Betty and I am a 51 year old school teacher. I moved here about two years ago from the Southern California area. A few months back when I got home from work, I pull into my driveway and lo-in-behold . . . I see water running down my drive and flowing down the street. I opened my garage and saw that water was pouring from around the water heater. I must admit I really started to panic. I mean with all of the horror stories that I have heard from many of my neighbors and their experiences that they have had with plumbing outfits in this town and thought to myself “Oh Mercy Mercy Me.” After the initial shock of the river running down my drive set in, I realized that I must call someone and I had better do it fast. Well I had remembered hearing an ad on the radio for Rakeman Plumbing and so that was who I figured I would start with calling first. Well let me say that there would be no second or third calls even made because when I called Rakeman Plumbing they took control of t[he situation.]
